Picture a wardrobe that feels light, shows off your clothes and still stores plenty. That’s the idea behind our glass wardrobe in Pakistan. DS Ambience, part of Danish Sohail Group, builds custom wardrobes around your room, so you choose the colours, drawers and lights.
Eleglass is the one to pick if you want full control over the design. Its doors open on an aluminium frame, and the shutter is 5mm tinted glass. The frame has a warm colour that also pairs well with the tint. Inside, you get a roomy interior with lights.
The Glass Wardrobe keeps things simple. Its doors are clear glass, so you see your clothes straight away. LED lights glow over each section. It also includes shelves, pull-out drawers, and a hanging area, which is enough for most everyday storage.
Both use glass and lights, but they feel different. Eleglass is more customised, thanks to its aluminium frame and tinted glass. The Glass Wardrobe, however, leans on clear doors and lit sections. If you’re not sure, tell us about your room and we’ll help you decide.
Lighting runs through the wardrobe and drawers so that you can find things quickly. Drawers can have solid or glass fronts and open with full extension or soft-close action. Because the build is custom, you can also change the design to match your taste.
Glass lets light travel through a room, so the space feels more open. You can also spot a shirt without opening three doors. There’s one catch, though. Clear doors show everything, so the inside has to stay tidy. A little planning, however, goes a long way.
Our design idea is “Less is more”. We keep shapes simple and focus on small details. You’ll see the same thinking in our kitchens, media walls and dressing rooms, so it’s easy to keep one style across your home.
A bedroom, a dressing room and a villa all call for different layouts. A small room, for example, works better with slim doors and clever storage. We can shape a custom wardrobe in Lahore to fit yours, and then you pick the colours, drawers and lights.
First, measure the wall: width, height and depth. Then split the space into zones, perhaps one for hanging clothes, one for folded items and one for small things. After that, decide how much of the inside you want the doors to show. Next, add lighting, because glass shows everything and good lighting saves time. Finally, choose your drawer fronts and how they open.
If you’d like the whole home in one style, look at our kitchen, media wall, dressing and cabinet designs.
